The Research On The Influencing Factors And Mechanism Of Supply Chain Sustainable Management Of Guangxi Traditional Manufacturing

Corporate sustainability of supply chain management is in the pursuit of economic interests at the same time,assume the responsibility of society,environmental awareness and sustainable ideas into the business philosophy.Enterprises blindly pursue the economic interests of the environmental problems have become increasingly prominent,and people on the environment and quality of life requirements are getting higher and higher,enterprises to enhance environmental awareness,sustainable governance is imminent.Although the traditional manufacturing industry is a pillar industry,but as one of the major polluting industries,in the face of environmental problems,the development of some obstacles,these obstacles are mainly reflected in the waste of raw materials and production of products in the process of pollution.The status of traditional manufacturing in Guangxi is very important,and there is still room for growth.However,the pollution situation of the traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi is relatively serious,especially the "three wastes" emissions situation is not optimistic,which seriously hindered the pace of its development.This paper analyzes the current situation of the traditional manufacturing industry in Guangxi,and studies the factors that influence the sustainable development of Guangxi's traditional manufacturing supply chain,and further studies on how to develop the traditional supply chain in Guangxi under the current environment.Based on the theory of sustainable supply chain management,this paper discusses the concept of sustainable management of traditional manufacturing industry and the concept of sustainable management of supply chain,from the macro and micro aspects of the traditional manufacturing supply chain sustainable management as the research object.This paper analyzes the present situation of sustainable management of supply chain in Guangxi traditional manufacturing industry,and draws the importance and feasibility of sustainable management.The supply chain sustainable management as the main line,lists the measurement of supply chain sustainable management of the scale,design and issue a questionnaire.Through the research on the influencing factors of sustainable management of supply chain in Guangxi machinery manufacturing enterprises,the factors influencing the sustainable management of supply chain were analyzed by SPSS statistical analysis software.The main factors of four main factors were: enterprise cost and Influencing factors of corporate responsibility,influencing factors of laws and regulations,influencing factors of market and supply chain,influencing factors of internal indicators.This paper expounds the sustainable management mechanism of supply chain from three aspects: the characteristics,framework and governance focus of sustainable supply chain management.Sustainable management theory is not long,the development is not obvious,so how to apply this management theory to solve real life to help enterprise sustainable development,realize the coordinated development of economy environment has been the focus of research at home and abroad,especially the combination of specific provinces specific conditions apply to the actual management is to hot.The shortage of this research is only a selection of machinery manufacturing industry to research on other industries is not involved,so we have to conduct an in-depth study and analysis to prove the influence factors of supply chain management for sustainable supply chain enterprises or other specific industries.
