A Study On The Influence Of Shaanxi Traditional Manu-facturing Supply Chain Enterprises’ Ecological Innovation Capability

With the intensification of global competition and the integration of the world economy,enterprises pay more and more attention to the advantage of price and cost to get the advantage from innovation,the whole market has shifted from the competition among enterprises to the supply chain node enterprises.The change of market competition environment also affects the innovation mode of enterprises,in order to realize the sustainable development and the transformation and upgrading,the traditional manufacturing supply chain enterprises have gradually embarked on the road of Ecological Innovation.In recent years,Shaanxi’s economic development trend is good,especially the traditional manufacturing supply chain enterprise independent innovation activities continue to strengthen,however,under the constraints of environmental resources,ecological innovation is the path to achieve economic and ecological benefits of "win-win".In order to study the factors that influence the innovation ability of Shaanxi traditional manufacturing supply chain enterprises,and improve the ability of innovation of traditional manufacturing enterprises,this study focuses on three problems:(1)research of the ecological innovation ability of supply chain enterprises in Shaanxi traditional manufacturing industry;(2)an empirical analysis of factors affecting the ecological innovation ability of supply chain enterprises in Shaanxi traditional manufacturing industry;(3)improving Shaanxi traditional manufacturing supply chain enterprise ecological innovation ability.The main contents of this study include the following three points: First,the ecological innovation capability of Shaanxi traditional manufacturing supply chain enterprises is studied.Firstly,combined with the status of Shaanxi traditional manufacturing supply chain enterprise’s ecological innovation and analyzed,followed by analysis of the implementation of ecological innovation conditions and obstacles,and finally to analyze the ecological innovation ability of supply chain enterprises.Second,the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of ecological innovation ability of supply chain enterprises in Shaanxi traditional manufacturing industry.First of all,the concept model is constructed based on the theoretical research on the influence of the three factors of system,organization and individual on the enterprise ecological innovation,proposing research hypotheses,collecting data and conducting field visits,in this chapter,mechanical manufacturing supply chain enterprise are selected to represent the traditional manufacturing supply chain enterprise of Shaanxi as the empirical research object,then,using the method of descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis to verify the hypothesis,and explore the results.Third,countermeasures to improve the ecological in-novation ability of Shaanxi traditional manufacturing supply chain enterprises.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper puts forward some constructive countermeasures from three aspects of system,organization and individual.The innovation of this study lies in two aspects:(1)summarizing the influencing factors of the ecological innovation ability of enterprises,and then analyzing the cross level interaction;(2)the empirical analysis of the correlation and interaction between the various factors,in order to enrich and expand the domestic research on the ecological innovation of enterprises in theory.
