| The automobile industry is China’s manufacturing pillar industry,but also a high carbon emission industry,with China’s gradual advancement of the "Double Carbon" targets,relatively weak green supply chain management has become a major problem restricting the rapid development of automobile manufacturing enterprises.As an important part of supply chain management,green supply chain performance evaluation is more and more widely used in automobile manufacturing enterprises,and how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the performance of green supply chain is related to the future development of automobile manufacturing enterprises.However,relevant theoretical studies on performance evaluation of green supply chain in automobile manufacturing enterprises are still in their infancy,and the existing evaluation system can not meet the current demand.Therefore,the construction of a scientific green supply chain performance evaluation model for automobile manufacturing enterprises has positive significance for improving the green supply chain management level of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China.First of all,this paper takes the "Double Carbon" targets as the entry point,combines the balanced scorecard with the supply chain operation reference model,and preliminarily screens the evaluation indicators of the green supply chain performance of automobile manufacturing enterprises based on all stages of production and operation of automobile manufacturing enterprises,and then carries out the secondary screening of the indicators according to the questionnaire survey and expert interview,and uses the factor analysis method to test and analyze.Finally,from the five dimensions of finance,customer,business process,green and low-carbon,and learning and growth,a set of green supply chain performance evaluation index system for automobile manufacturing enterprises with 5 evaluation dimensions and 25 evaluation indicators was established.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy method and the entropy value method were used to determine the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indicators screened in this paper,and then the game theory combinatorial weighting method was used to calculate the subjective and objective weights of the indicators with the optimal combination coefficients of 0.805 and 0.195,and the performance evaluation model of the green supply chain of automobile manufacturing enterprises under the "Double Carbon" targets was constructed by combining the fuzzy matter-element analysis method.Thirdly,the evaluation model is used to evaluate and grade the green supply chain performance of A automobile manufacturing enterprise from 2018 to 2022,and the obstacle degree model is used to determine the main obstacle factors that prevent A automobile manufacturer from achieving better performance in green supply chain performance.Finally,according to the analysis results of the above two models,the improvement direction of the green supply chain performance of A automobile manufacturing enterprise is determined,and the corresponding improvement countermeasures are proposed.The results show that the evaluation model constructed in this paper can scientifically evaluate the green supply chain performance of automobile manufacturing enterprises,help automobile manufacturing enterprises find problems in the process of green supply chain management,and provide improvement suggestions for these problems,so as to promote automobile manufacturing enterprises to make scientific and reasonable green supply chain management decisions in the process of achieving the "Double Carbon" targets. |
