Construction management is an activity that uses relevant theories and method tools in a series of engineering construction processes to enable construction operations to achieve management objectives such as schedule,cost,quality,and safety under certain resource constraints.The project construction management strives to achieve the best quality with the least cost.However,in the current construction management process,the problems of “information island”,“management disorder”and “production accidents frequently” are obvious,and the current scale of construction in China is constant.The expansion,the structural form is constantly complicated,and the increasing number of participating entities has also caused problems such as ambiguous powers and responsibilities of the project participants,opaque approval process,and incomplete technical disclosure.This topic is based on these problems,and strives to visualize the processes and elements in construction management through relevant visualization technology,thus creating a clear and conceivable engineering construction environment,which can help construction participants to comprehensively and intuitively acquire various elements.The information guides the construction workers to operate correctly,and provides reference for the management personnel to improve the management level and the scientific preparation of the construction plan.In the context of the current construction industry information construction,the visualization of construction management is an inevitable trend of its research and development.The development of this thesis is based on the research framework.Firstly,the background of this research and the research status at home and abroad are introduced.Secondly,the process management theory,process traction theory and process visualization modeling technology are analyzed.After the above-mentioned series of analysis,the technology and theory are combined,and according to the specific content of construction management,the necessity of process visualization and the process classification,the process visualization system of constructionmanagement is proposed.The whole system is visualized by process visualization system and BIM construction.The system consists of two parts,each of which takes advantage of its visualization.The former mainly realizes the visualization of the approval instruction flow,and the latter realizes the visualization of the workflow and resource flow to assist the construction management.Subsequently,the established process visualization system was combined with the Fengxin County Stylistic Art Center project.Through the operation of the system and the related application environment,the visualization of the approval process of the project department and the dynamic management of the construction site management personnel were realized.Visual safety technology for construction workers,and scientific preparation of construction technicians.Finally,based on the problem of case application,a visual simulation software concept of “L mode”process integrating information of various elements of construction management is proposed.
