With the rapid development of social economy,China's urbanization progress has been accelerating,and the scale of urban housing has continued to expand.The construction industry,as an important pillar industry in the national economy,has become more prominent.With the development of China's "13th Five-Year plan" the implementation of the large scale of the construction projects will continue to expand.At the same time to achieve the rapid development of the national economy will also bring good opportunities for the development of the construction industry.In order to ensure the safe and stable development of the construction industry,and to alleviate the problems of imperfect systems,and poor management levels in the management and control of large-scale engineering projects,China has also strengthened the management and control of engineering projects to avoid quality risks as much as possible.With security risks,promote the scientific development of the construction industry.Based on the theory of process traction,this paper gives full play to the scientific effect of process management,fully integrates the related resources of construction projects,and provides a sufficient guarantee for the realization of construction objectives.Specifically targeting large-scale engineering projects,a project management and control system based on process traction theory was constructed,and the feasibility of the project management and control system was verified with empirical research,and its scientificity and effectiveness were evaluated based on the results.Finally,the simulation analysis method is used to simulate the part of the process.Through process simulation,“virtual operation” of project management is carried out to predict,plan and prevent possible risks,and provide decision basis and control method for management.Through the above research work,we fully affirmed the positive role of the project management and control system based on process traction theory in the management and control of large-scale projects.Through practical experience,the system can effectively promote the improvement of project performance,contribute to the development of project management capabilities,and can maximally circumvent project risks,and at the same time,it can also reduce costs and enable enterprises to obtain greater benefits.
