Research On Urban Waterfront Landscape Design From The Perspective Of Resilient City

With the acceleration of urbanization,the contradiction between cities and nature has become increasingly prominent.On the one hand,cities are facing the threat of floods and waters.On the other hand,China,as an extremely water-scarce country,has only a quarter of the world's per capita freshwater resources.As an important connection between the city and the water,the waterfront landscape plays an important role in mitigating the threat of disasters to the city and building a harmonious ecological environment.Based on the background of the times and China's national conditions,this article will explore the waterfront landscape design based on the resilient city.The author summarizes the research on elasticity-related theories in and out of China and the resilient of water systems to provide theoretical reference and technical support for subsequent analysis.Combined with the idea of resilient city,it proposes design principles,design strategies and design methods suitable for waterfront landscape.Taking the design of the communist canal flooding district in Xinxiang as a practical case,the site was scientifically explored through a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis in the early stage,and the inundation scope was studied at the regional scale to analyze the threat degree of urban rain and flood to the urban area.Analyze and define suitable construction areas to support subsequent design.The site has constructed an resilient water system within the entire site to regulate and store external flood and internal stormwater runoff,and combined with vertical design to carry out multilevel flood control measures,designed a multi-functional resilient space,and considered the combination of disasters efficient use of the site,with a view to achieving a multi-dimensional resilient improvement of ecology,engineering,society,economy,etc.Combining the concept of resilient city and waterfront space,we have made a significant contribution to building a perfect resilient city system for China,improving the city's ability to adapt to disasters and recovering from it,and promoting the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
