Research On Flood Control And Sponge Landscape Planning And Design Under The Concept Of Resilient City

In the context of global climate change,human beings are facing more and more frequent flood disasters,the roads are flooded,farmland is destroyed,the cities and villages are all suffering huge losses.In 2012,the 18th national congress of the communist party of China made an important decision to "vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization" and put forward guidance from the policy level.Then,the urban planning development concepts of sponge city and resilient city get greatly promoting,more and more scholars and designers began to research and practice to reduce flood damage and reduce the impact of the floods.Based on this,this paper has carried out relevant research and design practice on flood control sponge landscape.In this paper,from the point of resilient city concept,combined with the current design concept of sponge city,analyzes the flood control sponge landscape design elements,which should clarify flood control sponge landscape individuals,then construct flood landscape corridor,and form the resilience flood control landscape space in.Secondly,through the collection and arrangement of literature materials,design strategies are presented from two perspectives of flood control and sponge,and proved with the classic design cases at home and abroad.Finally,the author selected the New Sanjiangkou area in Yinzhou district in Ningbo city as the design research object,through the analysis of the previous location,hydrology,flood planning,it is concluded that the targeted resilient design strategy,including four resilience design strategies,which are river drainage system restoration,resilient flood inland river addition,area sponge system perfection,and resilience flood control space reservation.On the basis of resilience strategies,doing a relevant flood adaptable sponge landscape design.It can be combined with theory in actual design.
