China is one of the countries with severe water shortage in the world.With the increase of population and the increasing pollution of water resources,the contradiction between the supply and demand of domestic and industrial water has become prominent.Carry out livelihood projects such as water diversion and water control to ensure normal water supply.Due to the wide scope,large investment amount,large number of subjects,the construction of the diversion tunnel of the shield tunneling method is difficult,and the project management task is arduous.The construction process is a complex system,which is constrained by many factors.The progress management of the project is particularly important.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable and effective schedule management system can greatly save the time cost and construction cost of the project,and is beneficial to the tunnel.Quality control.This article first introduces the advanced project management cloud platform system on the market to manage the construction progress management of the shield tunnel,and uses the advantages of BIM technology to perform 4D construction progress simulation to make up for the shortcomings of traditional schedule management methods.Neutralize afterwards control.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the shield control method progress index system and evaluation model of the diversion tunnel based on BIM technology are constructed.Finally,this paper conducts a case analysis of a project,and analyzes the application of risk management and control,progress simulation,and earned value analysis of progress deviation in the progress management of the shield tunneling method based on BIM technology.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of AHP,an evaluation model is established,which is compared with the traditional shield tunnel diversion tunnel progress management method to reduce communication barriers,realize construction simulation and information sharing,and help to realize shield design digitization and shieldmanufacturing module.Development,intelligent shield control and shield technology service network development.And put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the factors that affect the construction schedule,and effectively solve the problems that affect the construction progress of the shield tunnel.
