Nowadays,the rough management of construction enterprises is difficult to adapt to the increasingly complex project construction,and a new technical management tool is urgently needed to change the status quo.In recent years,BIM technology has gradually become popular in China's construction industry,which has brought tremendous help to many construction units.At present,some companies have closely linked this technology with their own construction management,but they have At the same time,some companies have questioned the benefits brought by this technology,in order to clear the obstacles on the road of BIM promotion,so it is necessary to evaluate the application benefit of BIM technology in construction enterprises.Because of the complexity of construction management,the key points of construction enterprise management are different.Combined with the diversity of BIM technical functions,it is difficult to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system that makes all construction units satisfied,and the scientific nature and effectiveness of cost and schedule management play an important role in the whole project,so this paper evaluates the benefits of BIM from the two aspects of cost and schedule that construction enterprises pay most attention to.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of BIM technology at home and abroad,and analyzes several excellent BIM construction cases in China,and summarizes the application points of BIM technology in the construction stage.After that,using bibliometric method for nearly five years of relevant research BIM in the construction cost and schedule management of the application of benefits related to the statistical analysis of the relevant literature,from which to extract the cost and schedule management benefits related indicators,using Delphi method for index screening,optimization,and the use of mathematical methods to test the credibility of indicators,Based on the above,a new type of performance evaluation index isconstructed,which includes 16 evaluation indicators including product,finance,organization,management,and strategy.Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to complete the establishment of the index model,the weights of each index are determined,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected for the comprehensive evaluation of benefits.Taking the future science and technology city project as an example,this paper analyzes the concrete application form of BIM technology in the construction cost and schedule management of the project,and compares the case project with the traditional project to quantify the benefit of BIM technology in 16 evaluation indexes,of which the return on investment is 64.217% and the saving rate of construction period is 2.The results show that the application of BIM to construction cost and schedule management has obvious benefit.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the benefit of BIM technology in cost and schedule management.
