Research On The Design Of Community Welfare Facilities Complex In Japan And Singapore From The Perspective Of "Internal Symbiosis"

With perfect social welfare system in China,people’s demand for building a harmonious and happy community life,urges the community service industry upgrading.However,the development of the corresponding community welfare facilities has no rules and regulations,and some functions are mechanically piled up,while others are scattered,resulting in the low utilization rate of community welfare facilities.The contradiction is increasingly prominent,which has also become an important challenge on the road of promoting community welfare undertakings in China.Considering the complex development of urban public buildings and the increasingly diversified daily life of citizens,the author selects the intensification of community welfare facilities as the design research direction,and tries to introduce the theory of "internal symbiosis" into the design strategy research of community welfare facility complex.It is of great significance to solve the malpractice of community welfare facilities in our country.However,the existing welfare facilities in China do not have a mature model system.Although the western developed countries have the mature community welfare service system,the political economy culture and so on all differ greatly from our national conditions.Therefore,the author finally selected Singapore and Japan as the research object.Because their community welfare facilities are well developed and have the same cultural origin and demographic structure as China.Through a systematic analysis of the complex design of community welfare facilities in the two countries,this paper summarizes the characteristics and rules of the complex from the perspective of "internal symbiosis",constructs a set of "symbiosis system",and proposes applicability reference for the current situation of community welfare facilities in China.In this paper,the design research of community welfare facilities complex is divided into three parts:The first part(chapter 1)begins with a discussion on the research background of community welfare facility complex,and defines the relevant concepts and research scope,clarifies the research object and research framework,and sorts out the research context.The second part(chapters 2 to 5)is the core of this paper.The second chapter explains the main theoretical perspective introduced in this paper.The research methodology--the perspective of "internal symbiosis" and the research object--"community welfare facility complex" were studied respectively.The third chapter introduces the research methodology into the research object to construct the symbiotic system.In chapter 4 to 5,the informationcollected from case studies in Singapore and Japan is summarized,and then the symbiosis theory is used to deconstruct and compare these cases.The analysis focuses on the composition of the internal symbiotic system and the design of the internal symbiotic strategy.Finally,a comprehensive construction system of internal symbiotic system is concluded.The third part(chapter 6)analyzes the current situation of community welfare facilities in China,and finds some strategies for reference from the system of community welfare facilities symbiotic system.
