With the rapid development of urbanization, residents have put forward more diverse demands for community life and higher requirements for the architectural space of community service facilities.Traditional community service models are slowly changing.Based on the current situation of community development in China, relevant policy guidance, and the limitations of current community service facility development,Chapter explores the significance of centralized development as the future trend of community service facilities.Conduct research on the development process of relevant foreign theories, then organize the current domestic theories, and analyze the focus and direction of current research.By comprehensively considering the typical models and specific cases of centralized community service facilities formed in countries such as New Zealand,Germany, and the United States with relevant domestic technical regulations and construction cases, the design goals of centralized community service facilities are summarized, functional and spatial design principles are proposed, and the positive significance of "centralization" for communities and cities is considered. The internal logic of its function and spatial construction is explored. Finally, taking the design exploration of the Tianhui Town Street project in Chengdu as the starting point, specific design strategies are proposed from several aspects such as design positioning, site design, architectural space combination, and spatial atmosphere, striving to create a spatial environment that is interactive, interconnected, and attractive both inside and outside the site. The thesis strives to provide some reference for the design of centralized community service facilities, analyze their development trends and design logic, and hope to provide valuable thinking for the current design and research of related buildings.
