In recent decades,China’s urbanization process has developed rapidly.Due to the upgrading of industrial structure and other reasons,many industrial areas have been abandoned or forced to move out of cities.There are generally low economic efficiency,large energy consumption and environmental pollution,incomplete public service facilities,hindering urban road network and other problems,hindering the development of the city.Therefore,it is imperative to reuse existing urban industrial zones.At present,some achievements have been made in the reconstruction of Foshan’s industrial zones,but there is a problems.Therefore,the existing industrial zone of Foshan City is selected for relevant research,and attempts are made to provide relevant suggestions and guidance for the practice of renewal and reuse of the existing industrial zone of Foshan City.Based on the theory and method of "urban network analysis" and "City Betterment and Ecological Restoration",this paper explores the historical context of industrial development and relevant policies and regulations in Foshan City,and makes in-depth analysis and comparative study on typical cases of existing urban industrial zones in Foshan City.From different levels of land integration,industrial upgrading,urban repair and ecological restoration,this paper explores the strategy of space promotion and reuse in existing urban industrial zones of Foshan City.Through sorting out the history of Foshan’s industrial development,it is divided into four stages,exploring the evolution of the industrial structure,industrial industry,ownership and distribution area at different stages,and drawing a map of the evolution of the distribution area on the basis of a lot of statistical work;Through the study of Foshan’s relevant policies and regulations,it discovered two problems: insufficient attention to social benefits and insufficient attention to urban environment,form and style.In addition,a quantitative evaluation method for pedestrian networks and supporting facilities combined with big data and urban network analysis,as well as big data acquisition and processing methods,has been proposed accordingly.Five evaluation indicators are proposed: Reach,Straightness,Redundancy Index,Find Patronage and Patronage Betweeness.According to the "Urban Network Analysis" and "City Betterment and Ecological Restoration" theories,the five principles of holistic principles,progressive principles,intensive principles,regional principles and humanization principles of existing urban industrial zones’ space improvement and reuse are extracted;In-depth comparative analysis of cases,research on existing problems and experiences,and propose land integration models and strategies,"back 2 into 3","back 2 into 2.5","back 2 into residence" and other industrial upgrading strategies;Based on the "City Betterment and Ecological Restoration",the strategies of urban space and shape repair,texture repair and style repair,as well as the strategies of pollution control and waste reuse,passive building energy-saving transformation and ecological restoration are formed.Based on the "Urban Network Analysis" and the principle of "City Betterment and Ecological Restoration",the paper puts forward the sorting of pedestrian network and supporting facilities Repair and public space shaping three aspects of space promotion and reuse strategy. |
