Architectural Electrical Design Of Five Star Hotel In Jiu Zhai Gou Li Lang Resort

Due to the rapid development of national economy and people's increasing life index,Chinese people have more pursuit of life,which also leads to the great growth of domestic resort hotel demand.From 2011 to 2016,hotels in China already grew by 250%.In five-star hotel architecture design,Electrical Design has become a very important part,especially in the electrical aspects of green building.Based on the cost of investment,operation cost,hotel demand and passenger experience,combining the particularity,funtion,diversity,high standard and high requirement of hotel building.It has a large power load,the characteristics of long-distance power,Complex power supply and distribution systems,wh ich also makes the electrical design of buildings more difficult.Combined with the inherent characteristics of construction engineering,from the needs of electrical power supply and distribution system of construction engineering,this paper discusses all important links in the design of building electrical energy saving.Considering the owner's investment and future operation cost and other factors,this paper discusses the electrical design of green building from the actual engineering case.The engineering design of this paper has a certain reference value for the electrical design of similar five-star hotels in the future.The paper covers the design of power supply and distribution system;energy saving measures,including equipment selection,control mode and scheme of power saving system;the content of energy consumption management system.The main design contents include: determine the location of power transformation and distribution room,the form of power distribution system and the cost comparison of various schemes through load calculation;design the starting mode of power system equipment,compare the light source of lighting system,determine different light sources for different occasions and apply intelligent control mode,and make use of BMS(building management system)power saving scheme.Through the electrical design of five-star hotel,this paper summarizes the relevant design points of green energy-saving in domestic hotel building electrical design,and provides a reliable,safe and energy-saving reference case for similar domestic five-star hotel building electrical design.
