Research On The Problem Of Electrical Energy Saving Building

Our country is a big country of energy, but because of its large number of population and low per capita resources, which belongs to the national energy shortage. So energy conservation is an emergent event for our country.China’s GDP mainly depends on the construction industry and the construction industry market is booming, which brings a series of problems. In the construction, electrical energy consumption around the proportion of total consumption of 70%,so the study of the issues of construction electrical energy saving brook without delay.At first, the paper analyzes the achievements and the problems of the the electrical fields at domestic and foreign construction electrical, then introduces the main contents of this paper. ①The transformer, the basic properties of the core components, made a detailed analysis,including mathematical derivation of the loss of the electric energy,according to the electrical energy saving and economical to use of transformer type.②The analysis of the physical characteristics of the new type aluminum cable through the line,laid the theoretical foundation used in the construction field.③For energy saving,the electrical equipment is proposed for efficient use of frequency converter,and the paper introduces the method of using frequency converter, at the same time,put forward a series of energy saving measures about the problems of the a lot of energy in building like elevator,pump and wind turbine. ④The lighting technology to meet the existing state of illuminance standard, using a new type of lighting, at the same time, using the intelligent lighting control system; Using the passive lighting system in the roof at the permit conditions to save the energy.In recent years,the new energy and new technology is contiuous developing, but because of geographical location, economic conditions and local policy make a lot of new technology not suitable for using. This paper focuses on the use of photovoltaic power generation technology, expounds the theory of photovoltaic power generation, and use of the program.Based on the actual situation of construction projects put into use, in order to monitor the project electricity, while addressing the irrational phenomenon of electricity, the use of flex development software, has developed a real-time monitoring of building energy saving building electrical usage analysis software for the construction of electrical energy efficiency proposed reasonable corrective measures.Finally, based on the second hospital of Jilin University, the energy saving theory of the actual use of the program in engineering are introduced in this paper, energy saving effect has been achieved.
