Electrical Design Of Large Shopping Malls Of City Garden In Qing Yuan

With the Urbanization Development and the improvement of construction technology,the way of people's life changes dramatically,shopping malls have flourishing in each big city.architecture electric,as an important part of the architectural engineering,closely affects the function and the energy consumption of the building,thus,building electrical design can not be ignored in the Architect construction project.Building electrical design is a comprehensive design which involves the content of multi subjects.It needs the cooperation of building engineering itself(including the architectural and structural).Meanwhile,it involves the control,monitoring and information feedback of power equipment(including water supply and drainage equipment and HVAC equipment).In this paper,on the base of the electrical design of City Garden in Qingyuan,the design content of the large commercial buildings is described.,which meets the implementation of the function of the building,and reach the purpose of energy saving.The design contain several aspects of building electrical system,including the design of the substation power distribution room,load calculation,distribution system,power system and lighting system design.The details include to determine the location and size of the building of the substation power distribution room through the load calculation,to select the main protective switch of the low voltage side of the transformer.To determine the load level through the building level,determine the power distribution system,to select the starting mode of power system equipment,to determine the use of the light source in different places by comparison of the light source and the analysis of the investment return period,and using intelligent control methods to achieve energy-saving in lighting system.Energy management system is used to collect energy consumption information in real time,to analyze energy consumption and to achieve the optimization of energy structure finally.Through the example of the design,reflect the characteristics of the building electrical design,and summarized the problems and research building energy saving measures,which provide a complete system of energy saving design reference case for the large shopping malls.
