Research On Community Transportation System Optimization Based On Child Friendly City Concept

With the rapid expansion of our cities,changes in residential high-rise and road motorization have caused children to lose most of their opportunities for independent mobility and outdoor games,The accompanying problems of childhood obesity,Internet addiction,autism and independent mobility safety have aroused widespread attention in society.The community is the most important activity place for children.Since the concept of “child-friendly city” was put forward,many countries or regions have launched child-friendly community environmental practice research.However,our urban construction has always neglected the needs of children.The construction of “child-friendly cities” is still in its infancy,and most cities mainly focus on child welfare and protection.Relevant research mainly focuses on the study of Child-Friendliness Index in urban or community space.Based on the concept of “child-friendly city”,this paper focuses on the issue of children's independent mobility safety that is prevalent in current urban communities.on the basis of relevant successful domestic and international practical experience,combined with the field research of Shenzhen Yuanling New Village,systematically study the child-friendly community transportation system and related implementation strategies,hoping to to provide reference for our construction of a child-friendly urban mobility environment.Focusing on this idea,the specific research content of this paper is as follows:The first part: Introduction,introduces the background of the subject research,and clarifies the Community transportation system under the concept of child-friendly city.The second part: refers to the second and third chapters of the paper.Through the domestic and foreign child-friendly community and community level of child-friendly mobility theory and practice research analysis,summed up the construction of child-friendly community transport system elements and related implementation measures.The third part: The 4th chapter of the paper,focusing on the children closely related educational facilities,from the expansion of external transport space for educational facilities to increase the connectivity between educational facilities and other community facilities,combined with the construction of symbiotic relationship between children and other groups in the community and the "Child participation" mechanism,This paper preliminarily constructs a child-friendly community transportation system,and summarizes the relevant design elements and key points.The fourth part: The fifth chapter focuses on the current problem of children's mobility safety in the domestic community,taking Yuanling New Village as an experimental case study,summing up the characteristics of children's mobility in the community,and on this basis,put forward feasible reform suggestions for the existing problems in the community.The fifth part: refers to the sixth chapter of the paper.on the basis of the preliminary construction of the child-friendly community transportation system,combined with field research,from the macroscopic level of policies and regulations,upper planning,as well as children's traffic safety education to the Medium-micro community child-friendly traffic planning guidelines,the establishment of children's participation in community co-construction mechanism,As well as strengthening supervision and management,and regularly organizing evaluation and other aspects,put forward the implementation strategy of child-friendly community transportation system.The sixth part: refers to the seventh chapter of the paper,summed up the main conclusions of the paper,and based on the study of this article,put forward some of the author's own thoughts and suggestions on the new version of the "Design Standards for Urban Residential Areas".
