Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Community Parks From The Perspective Of Child-friendly City

With the background of China’s declining fertility rate,all aspects of society are paying more attention to the growth needs of children.However,the real problem is that the real behavioral needs of children users cannot be fully considered in the design of community parks,and children urgently need safe and comfortable outdoor activity space.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the theoretical method of usage evaluation as the main method to study the usage preference and satisfaction of children of all ages in the community parks built from the perspective of child-friendly city,so as to demonstrate the existing advantages and problems of the community parks.First of all,this paper developed a research scheme of community park utilization evaluation based on the perspective of child-friendly city by using the use status evaluation theory,which laid a foundation for the overall study.Secondly,this paper takes Shenzhen futian district Hong li community children’s friendly community park built in the country’s first children’s friendly community park as a case,using the method of field research method and behavior observation note methods such as group preferences for children is analyzed,at the same time with analytic hierarchy process(ahp)as the core,and USES theory deduction method,Delphi method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,etc,to the satisfaction of children’s friendly community park have been completed for comprehensive analysis.Based on the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation results of the child user satisfaction,it is concluded that the child-friendly community park in Hongli community,futian district,Shenzhen city is rated as E3,which proves that the children are satisfied with the current construction of the child-friendly community park in Hongli community,Shenzhen city.In terms of priority and convenience of children’s rights,the degree of satisfaction is relatively high,while in terms of comfort and safety,the degree of satisfaction is relatively low,and the existing problems are quite obvious.Finally,according to the above results,put forward the corresponding optimization strategy in the three aspects of overall layout detail maintenance and sustainable development.At the same time,combining with the comparison between the established child-friendly community park and the general community park,this paper gives a relatively perfect thinking on the scale,color and spatial interface of the safe community park in the path of children’s participation in the urban policy.
