Research On The Improvement Of Quality About The Control Workshop In BG Company

Automobile brake system is the key to the vehicle traffic safety device.With the progress of vehicle technology and the improvement of vehicle speed,the vehicles widely adopted anti-lock braking system(ABS)and disc brakes in order to effectively improve vehicle safety in recent years.Hydraulic drive is controlled by the electronic control unit(ECU),which is a kind of automotive hydraulic braking system;Wherein,the control of solenoid is one of the main implementation and control components.So research on the improvement of quality about the control workshop in BG company is of great significance.Article based on the BG company the control workshop and the clutch workshop scrap amount of statistical analysis found that the control workshop scrap amount is much higher than the clutch workshop.As to the high scrap amount problem of the control workshop,after analyzing the type of the scrap.Through the research of production processing,the highest scrap amount lies in production processing of SSA products(Start-Stop Accumulator)and VBS(Variable Bleed Solenoid),the main source of problem is solenoid.Then,analyzing solenoid of the SSA and VBS products found that SSA product solenoid mainly problems are the armature and shaft sleeve interface initial roughness caused low oil rate and solenoid sealing ring defects due to human factors;VBS mainly problems are terminal products having burr or scratches.To solve above problems,essay used DOE,improved the change management procedures and other ways to improve them.Finally,paper made the optimization scheme,and gave the corresponding guarantee measures.By the research of this paper,it not only can solve the quality problem of the solenoid,but also provide more effective reference for other products of the company.For one thing,reducing the cost and improving the production efficiency.For another,it can greatly boost morale of the staff.
