Research On The Development Of Commercial Street In Zhongshan Road Area Of Xiamen Under The Goal Of Hstorical Community

At present,China is coming to an important period of urban construction transformation.The focus of urban development and construction has gradually shifted from "Urban Increment" to "Urban Stock".The rich historical and cultural resources of the old town,the developed transportation infrastructure,and the dense population segment attract tourism economy and foreign tourists to be involved.Under the circumstances,how to display the local culture to the outside world and form the historical community of "seeing things,seeing people and seeing life" is the key issue to be considered in the development of the old town.The commercial street is a public space where all kinds of people gather in the old town,and it is a window for the external to display the culture of the old town.Therefore,it has become an important role in the renewal of the old town.The Zhongshan Road area is an old town with rich cultural accumulation in Xiamen.In the existing renewal practice samples,the “One Layer of Skin” renewal style of the commercial streets separate tourists and residents,and the real local life and culture are buried.In view of the current development dilemma of Zhongshan Road area,under the goal of historical community,the main purpose of this study is to explore the development and upgrading path of commercial street.Research methods of Literature Study,PSPL Survey,Inductive Analysis,and Systematic Analysis are applied in the course of this study.The main contents of the article include the following parts:The first part is basic research,including chapters one and two.The article describes the research background,purpose and significance of the research,research contents and methods,and research frameworks of the article;it sorts out the research progress and related theories of commercial streets at home and abroad,and built around the three levels of space,function and society,the analysis framework of commercial street under the construction of historical community.The second part is the main research,including chapters three and four.The third chapter takes in total of eleven commercial streets in Xiamen Zhongshan Road area as a case sample,comprehensively uses a variety of research methods to conduct empirical investigations,and summarizes the main problems of commercial streets in current situation in Zhongshan Road area.The fourth chapter makes further analysis on the current situation with the help of the oretical tools.The third part is the path research,including chapter five.On the basis of the above empirical research and analysis,this paper takes the commercial street as an important starting point,puts forward the overall promotion mode and the system construction path of "space function society",and forms the overall planning concept of the commercial street under the historical community goal.The fourth part is the conclusion and outlook,including chapter six.It summarizes and prospect the research,and hope that this research can provide some enlightenment and reference for the related work of old city renewal.
