| Rural roads are an important part of China’s highway network.As one of the most important transportation infrastructures,it connects a large number of counties,townships,and villages,covers a wide area and has a long mileage.It directly serves"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" and is healthy for the rural economy.It is of great significance to develop and build beautiful countryside and "urban-rural integration".With General Secretary Xi Jinping’s proposal of "Four Good Rural Roads",the construction of rural roads in China has continued to increase.After a large number of rural roads have been completed,how can we consolidate the results of construction to achieve "emphasis on construction and maintenance","three-point repairs,seven "Separation" has become a major issue in the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Based on the related concepts of rural road maintenance management,this paper uses the quasi-public product theory and public service outsourcing theory to analyze the current status and existing problems of rural road maintenance management in Quanzhou Taiwanese investment zone.The research shows that in the process of rural road maintenance management,there are different degrees of problems in maintenance management funds,maintenance management teams,maintenance management mechanisms,maintenance management models,and public participation in maintenance management.This article believes that the main reasons for these problems are the single source of funding for conservation management,the lack of awareness of the subject of conservation management,the inadequacy of the assessment system and mechanism,the improper conservation management method,and insufficient publicity to the public.After analyzing the problems and causes in the maintenance of rural roads in the Quanzhou Taiwanese investment zone,the authors propose to improve the maintenance management fund system,strengthen the maintenance management team,improve the maintenance management and assessment mechanism,innovate the marketization of maintenance management,and popularize the public’s awareness of rural Measures and suggestions on highwaycognition and other aspects provide a reference for the development of rural road infrastructure in Quanzhou Taiwanese investment zone. |
