Study On Obstacle Factors Analysis And Countermeasures Of Prefabricated Building Promotion In China

In order to realize the process of great Chinese Dream,it is of great significance to promote the development of prefabricated buildings under the condition of comprehensive ecological construction and speeding up the development of new urbanization.The traditional construction industry has extensive construction,long construction period and serious environmental pollution,especially the loss of energy resources.Replacing the traditional manual wet operation with the industrial construction method can not only guarantee the quality of parts and shorten the construction period,but also improve the precision of construction,reduce the common problems of construction quality,reduce the hidden dangers of safety accidents,reduce the working intensity of workers,and then improve the safety of construction.China has a large construction market scale,prefabricated buildings in line with the sustainable development of the country,so that the construction industry to green,environmental protection,energy-saving way to develop,must vigorously promote the development of prefabricated buildings.In some industrialized developed countries,such as the United States,Japan,Germany,the construction of prefabricated buildings has been very mature,and China's prefabricated buildings are still in the initial stage of development.Through the comparative analysis of the development status of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,it can be seen that some achievements have been made in the development of prefabricated buildings in China,but there are still obstacles in its development process,so it is necessary to find the obstacle factors that affect the implementation of prefabricated buildings,and find a road suitable for the smooth development of prefabricated buildings in China.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)by looking up the relevant documents and policies of prefabricated buildings,we can fully understand the development history and characteristics of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,and summarize the development experience of prefabricated buildings abroad and the obstacles encountered in the process of popularizing and implementing prefabricated buildings in China through comparative analysis.(2)According to the actual situation,25 obstacles affecting the implementation of prefabricated buildings in China were extracted through the available literature and experts.(3)Use the questionnaire star Mini Programs to set up the questionnaire options,and distribute the questionnaire to the construction industry practitioners,and then use the statistical software SPSS to carry on the factor analysis to the recovered feedback information,the analysis result obtains the obstacle factor influence degree,from the big to the small arrangement is the system policy imperfect,each kind of talented person's lack,the experience insufficiency and the investment is big.Finally,according to the influence degree of obstacle factors,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: first,perfect system policy;second,perfect talent training;third,increase economic incentive policy;fourth,establish standard system of building parts and components and improve construction level.
