With the large-scale urban renewal activities triggered by the rapid development of the city, the physical space and environmental quality of the old city are gradually improved and replaced. At the same time, affected by the superior location and land value of the old city, the real estate market in the old city is sought after A large number of low-income indigenous people are gradually being replaced by high-income middle class under high housing prices, and they are forced to move to resettlement communities on the edge of the city. With the marginalization of living places,low-income residents are faced with travel problems such as longer travel times and distances, fewer travel options, and lack of a pedestrian transportation system. Therefore, under the inherent requirements of resolving social contradictions and coordinated development in China, more attention needs to be paid to the daily travel activities of low-income groups and their space-time needs in order to ensure that low-income groups enjoy the benefits of urban development and equal development The right to help restructure the fair urban social space, improve people's livelihood and promote sustainable and coordinated urban development. This article takes Nanjing as a case city and selects eight typical resettlement communities for field surveys and questionnaire collection to obtain a large number of low-income residents' travel data.Use ArcGIS spatial analysis tools to analyze the spatial characteristics of daily travel of low-income residents after passive relocation from the perspective of multi-type comparison of different relocation stages, different types of activities, different case communities, and different years. Then, from the social attributes of low-income groups,The location of the community, the layout of the public service facilities in the community, the factors of the neighboring facilities, and the environmental factors of the transportation trip analyze the reasons for the formation of the travel space characteristics of the low-income residents, and finally propose the improvement of the travel space of the low-income groups from the two levels of urban management and planning Countermeasures and suggestions. The full text is distributed in five parts:The first part is the first and second chapters of the article, which is the research basis of the full text.Firstly, the background, research purpose and significance, research methods, technical routes, etc.,as well as related concepts and theoretical foundations of the topic are clearly defined.Secondly,it summarizes the relevantresearch progress at home and abroad to provide theoretical basis and support for the subsequent article writing. Finally, basic information such as research overview, case selection, and research data are introduced. The second part analyzes the travel spatial characteristics of low-income residents, using linear density analysis, standard deviation ellipse, kernel density analysis, statistical analysis to analyze the travel direction, travel spatial range, travel location spatial distribution and travel spatial behavior characteristics of low-income residents Through analysis, the study found that the travel spatial characteristics of low-income residents have commonness and differences between different stages, different types and different communities. The specific performance is as follows:after passive relocation, the non-shopping activities of low-income residents mainly take the direction of the old city After the passive relocation, the range of travel activities of low-income residents expands towards the resettlement community;the travel locations of low-income residents after passive relocation except for medical treatment present a multi-center spatial structure;the old urban area remains highly attractive to low-income residents after passive relocation The shopping activities of low-income residents are mainly characterized by "near home".The third part is based on the analysis of the travel characteristics of low-income residents, based on common characteristics and differences, from the social attributes of low-income groups, community location factors, community public service facility layout factors, neighboring facilities factors, transportation Environmental factors analyze the reasons for the formation of travel spatial characteristics. The results show that the low-income economic attributes and education level have an impact on mobility and choice of travel destination;neighboring facilities around the resettlement area form spatial isolation for travel within the resident community;better traffic location and travel environment will Increase the scope of residents' travel activities and reduce travel time. The fourth part is planning response and suggestions.Combining the findings and conclusions of this study, aiming at the problems of separation of occupation and residence and isolation of travel space in the research group,it proposes to improve the travel space environment of low-income residents from the two levels of urban management and planning and design.Measures.The fifth part is a summary of the full text, which summarizes the main pointsand conclusions of the article, and puts forward the innovation points of this article, and points out the insufficient research of this article and the problems that need further research in the future.Figure [37] table [12] reference [50]...
