The Welfare Change Study Of Relocation Residents Under Urban Renewal Analyze The Update Area Of Hua Longqiao As An Example

In the process of urban development, urban renewal will undoubtedly become a hot topic in the urbanization research at the present stage, accompanied by a series of social problems coming gradually into people’s vision. As the most immediate participants and those affected from urban renewal, the Aboriginal in urban renewal area have different welfare states before and after the update. This article analyzed the differences of the residents’ welfare state before and after the update and its influencing factors based on the survey of Aboriginal in urban renewal area. And put forward countermeasures for the residents’ welfare issues from urban renewal.This paper analyzed the changes of residents’ welfare under urban renewal with the methods of welfare research, arrived at the impact for the residents’ welfare from urban renewal with the relocated residents as the research object. Then build a Multidimensional measure index System and model of residents’ welfare based on the basic theory of welfare measures and analyze an example for three resettlement housing communities from urban renewal area called Hualongqiao. Putting the related information from the survey of the three communities into the comprehensive measure model and getting the traditional integrated benefit index, unequal social differentiation, comprehensive welfare index considered the unevenly distribution and sensitivity between the dimension and the changes of general welfare. In order to analyze the specific impact of urban renewal for the residents, use the Multidimensional measure index model with economic income, housing condition, matching environment, social insurance and social relations. Depending on the placement region, divide the three resettlement residential into local integration and relocation. Analyze the comprehensive welfare and Multidimensional welfare and compared the results to get the differences of residents’ welfare from different resettlement location.This paper results variation factors leading to the changes of residents welfare in three resettlement housing area through Hualongqiao urban renewal. Offered policy recommendations to improve the welfare of the affected residents in urban renewal.
