With the rapid development of China's market economy,construction industry has become the pillar industry of China's economy.In the early period,the construction industry was characterized by extensive construction and extensive consumption of resources.Prefabricated building is a green building with fine design,intelligent production,mechanized general assembly and information integration,which can boost the supply side reform of housing industry,lead the transformation and upgrading of traditional housing industry with high-tech manufacturing mode,and boost made in China 2025.The appearance of prefabricated building has completely changed this situation and reflected the characteristics of green building.At present,applying BIM Technology to prefabricated building is one of the feasible new building modes.This paper takes a prefabricated project in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province as an example,uses BIM software technology to carry out the whole process management of the project.On this basis,it analyzes the development status of China's prefabricated construction industry,and analyzes the feasibility and value of applying BIM Technology to the whole process management of prefabricated building,and puts forward the centralized and feasible application path,according to the prefabricated building The whole process management is divided into preparation stage,design stage,production stage,construction stage and operation stage.The application of BIM Technology in these stages is introduced,which provides reference for the application of similar assembly projects in the future.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through reading and extracting the achievements and literatures about Bim and prefabricated building at home and abroad,the research methods and ideas are determined.This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of BIM Technology,common BIM software and BIM related technologies,explains the concept of prefabricated building,introduces the common classification methods and its different development stages.(2)This paper mainly analyzes the development of China's prefabricated construction industry,points out the existing problems,and explains the advantages of BIM Technology Applied to prefabricated buildings.It focuses on the application process of BIM Technology,information integration,construction cost and other aspects of prefabricated projects,and points out its feasible development path.(3)From the perspective of preparation,design,production,construction and operation,this paper analyzes the application of BIM Technology in prefabricated buildings.(4)Taking a prefabricated project in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper selects No.5 building of Kainan Beiyuan residential project in Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou City as the case object for analysis,analyzes the technical advantages of BIM Technology in prefabricated buildings,and analyzes the benefits of the implementation process and the whole process.Figure [45] Table [8] Reference [50]...
