With the acceleration of urbanization, the prevalence of chronic diseases such as hypertension in China has gradually increased, and public health problems have become increasingly prominent. As we all know, urban green space is conducive to the health of residents. As people pay more and more attention to health, related research between urban green space and public health is increasing. Therefore, whether urban green space is spatially related to public health and whether certain green space characteristics can promote public health has become a hot topic of research. In this context, this paper takes the main urban area within the third ring road of Harbin as the research scope, and uses park green space as the research object.Based on the data of urban park green space, hypertension patients, population data, and street network, the park green space database and Database of hypertension patients, constructing a park green space characteristic measurement system from the spatial level, including internal space characteristic factors and external influence factors, among which the internal space characteristic factors include green space coverage, per capita park green space area, plaque density, maximum plaque index, boundary The eight indicators of density, average morphological index, accessibility, and average distance from the patient to the nearest park green space cover the evaluation content of the three dimensions of green space scale, green space structure, and green space accessibility;external influence factors include road network density,Built-up environmental factors of floor area ratio and building density, and socio-demographic factors including population density, male proportion, and aging proportion. An overall interpretation of the internal and external built-up environment characteristics and socio-demographic characteristics of the park green space at the city level. The scale of the green space within the scope of the study is small and unevenly distributed, the green space structure is discontinuous, the green space accessibility is extremely uneven, and Low accessibility. After analyzing the correlation between the characteristics of park green space and the prevalence of hypertension, the results show that:(1)The larger the green area per capita, the larger the green area coverage, the larger the proportion of the largest park, and the more regular the park shape The green space is associated with a lower prevalence of hypertension;(2)The prevalence of hypertension is positively related to the population density and the proportion of aging in the socio-demographic factors, and the road network density, plot ratio,There was no statistical correlation between building density and male population in socio-demographic factors and prevalence of hypertension.
