With the acceleration of urbanization,urban rail transit has entered a period of highspeed development,and safety accidents occur frequently during the construction phase.Since the factors of urban rail transit project complex range of security management of the construction phase it faced many problems.The research on safety evaluation of urban rail transit construction can clearly and accurately understand the construction safety level,and can guide risk control and selection of construction units.This article first analyzes the potential influencing factors of urban rail transit construction safety based on the "4M" theory and literature research from the perspective of the actual safety risks faced by the construction party.It is divided into human factors,physical factors,management factors,environmental factors and technical factors.Class to establish an initial indicator system.According to the questionnaire survey of experts in two practical projects,based on the survey results,neighborhood initial set theory was used to simplify the initial indicator system.According to the optimized index system,the constraint boundary of the security level is divided by the forward cloud generator to obtain a standard cloud model.Then,the uncertainty reasoning of the extension cloud model is used to construct a cloud correlation function between the evaluation index and the standard cloud,and the extension cloud model for the safety evaluation of urban rail transit construction is obtained.Finally,the Nanning Rail Transit Line 5 is selected for empirical analysis,the safety evaluation results are obtained using the model built in this paper,and credibility analysis is performed to verify the feasibility and applicability of the evaluation model,and to propose corresponding safety management measures for the project.The research results show that the urban rail transit construction safety evaluation model based on the extension cloud theory can directly reflect the project construction safety level and the construction party's safety risk management level.It not only reflects the multiplicity of multiple factors,but also resolves the impact of ambiguity and randomness in the actual project indicators,and achieves a quantifiable evaluation of the safety risk of urban rail transit construction.
