Research On Design Strategy Of Liveing Protection For Historical Commercial Blocks In Harbin Daowai District Phase ?

The historical commercial blocks are the material records of the city folk culture and commercial activities,and also the cultural and spiritual carrier of the overall image of Harbin's urban space.With the transfer of the city development center and the transformation of the business mode,Harbin's downtown areas such as Daowai District is gradually declining day by day,while the demand for localized tourism in the old city is increasing.Historical commercial blocks and their buildings have the characteristics of large scale,large number of commercial households,many types of commercial forms,long-standing buildings and irreversibility after destruction,so it is very necessary to carry out living protection for them.This paper takes Harbin historic commercial blocks in Daowai District Phase III as research objects.Based on the protective repair to discuss the overall style and functional requirements of the district and buildings and to systematically analyze and arrange the existing pre-protection and renovation projects of the district.Then,the paper puts forward the living protection strategies that suitable for the district in full combination with the current architectural situation,the original historical style and the characteristics of the commercial operation mode.This paper first introduces the historical development of the block,on the basis of which it summarizes the characteristics of the block architectural planning,and then puts forward the existing problems in building courtyards,formats and municipal facilities brought by the block in the process of urban development.Secondly,according to the architectural composition characteristics of the block,which is mainly composed of historical heritage,the basic living protection theory is summarized,and the operation mechanism with living protection characteristics is proposed.Then,the characteristics of active protection applied in the main aspects of block protection design are listed.Finally,this paper aims to solve the current problems of the blocks and avoid the adverse effects caused by repeated previous projects and discusses the protection and design methods of historical commercial blocks in Daowai District.First,it is proposed that the overall style of the block should be continued through scale control,facade authenticity protection and business environment remodeling.Then,it is proposed that the specific protection methods of single building courtyard include the selection of building formats,adaptive renovation of building interior space and merchant participation in building repair.Moreover,starting with the renewal of regional infrastructure,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve public services.In the process of discussion,the paper combines the data and the actual investigations,and uses various methods such as type induction,data analysis,zoning charts,etc.At the same time,through the analysis and research of the existing cases at home and abroad,it analyzes the factors that constitute the commercial block with historical and cultural features,aiming at providing qualitative basis for the design of active protection of the historical commercial blocks of Daowai District.
