Abstract/Summary:
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,gre en building has attracted more and more attention in China.To select Green construction scheme for YTZ gymnasium as research topic,can not only promote risk control of greenization project,but also ensure smoothly realization of economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit.It provide theoretical support for green building construction,and also can provide a case and theoretical support for the similar projects.It have important theoretical and practical significance for the construction of the campus green building.In the research process of the project,there are a large number of relevant literatures were consulted,and the literature was sorted out by literature research.Through Risk analysis and benefit analysis can demonstrate the feasibility of the green construction plan of YTZ gymnasium,and put forward the guarantee measures of the plan implementation.Based on the perspective of the whole life cycle,the accounting stages of the incremental cost and incremental benefit of gree n campus buildings are divided into three major parts: the early stage,the middle stage and the late stage.According to the green campus building standard and the green construction plan of YTZ gymnasium,the paper builds the corresponding analysis model based on the previous research results.The risk analysis of the whole life cycle is evaluated by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).The net present value calculation model is used to quantify incremental cost,economic benefit,social benefit,environmental benefit and comprehensive benefit in different periods.The results of the study on the risks and expected benefits provide theoretical guidance for the feasibility of the green construction scheme of YTZ stadium,and theoretical support for the investors to promote the YTZ gymnasium greenization scheme implementation.
