With the rapid development of China's economy,enterprise procurement management plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Every link in the process of procurement management has a very important significance for enterprises to improve performance,efficient management and control,and enhance development.In this study,the purchasing activities of new energy F10 project of company A are taken as the research object,and the previous purchasing management links of the company are studied.The problems of purchasing process management,project cost control,supplier management of automobile parts,logistics management and so on in the purchasing process of the company are analyzed.Meanwhile,the improvement measures are put forward on the basis of these problems.This study puts forward rationalization suggestions from the aspects of process improvement,cost control,supplier selection and management,and introduction of third party logistics mechanism.This paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of purchase management of F10 new energy vehicles,and analyses the existing problems and reasons from the current situation of project purchase management,purchase process management,purchase cost management,purchase supplier management and purchase logistics management,so as to make a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and problems of purchase management of new energy vehicles.In addition,this paper puts forward safeguard measures for the implementation of spare parts procurement management of F10 new energy automobile project,and seeks solutions from the aspects of process management improvement,cost management improvement,supplier management solution and logistics management solution.In addition,based on the proposed countermeasures,this study further proposes zero parts of F10 new energy automobile project.The safeguard measures of procurement management are implemented,and the implementation measures are provided from the perspectives of organizational safeguard,information safeguard,system safeguard and procurement cost security.The practical significance and achievement of this research lies in the adoption of the relevant theories of procurement discipline,the effective planning and combing of the related work of the procurement management of the F10 new energy project of Company A,the comprehensive use of the knowledge of procurement management to analyze the related projects,and the exploration of solutions to the problems,in order to better deal with the development of new energy vehicles as well as the problems encountered in the procurement and management process.Various questions have helped.
