Parts Procurement Planning And Implementation Of BBA M13 PHEV Vehicle Project

In the period of rapid development of the automotive industry,with the development of science and technology and the global shortage of traditional energy sources,new energy vehicles research and development of the automotive industry has become the necessary direction.With the national automobile enterprises for the development of new energy vehicles,policies and norms,the vehicle companies must take to establish a sound development of new energy vehicles on their own roads.Vehicle development is a complex process,which involves a wide range of disciplines and knowledge areas.Vehicle development project management is also a diversified project management process.Throughout the development process,not only the development of technology,but also related to other auxiliary development processes,such as the release management,change management,parts procurement,quality control and so on.During the development of new energy vehicles,parts procurement is an important component.Different with the parts procurement of series production,due to various restrictions of joint ventures,parts procurement process of the vehicle development phase,there are various problems.How to establish a complete and efficient development process of vehicle parts procurement process is the key procedure to ensure the smooth development.Based on the M13 PHEV project,this paper focuses on the challenges and problems in the parts procurement plan for development in this project,and then discusses how to implement and control the parts procurement plan effectively.In the process of analyzing and studying the actual project,the general procurement process and experiences of parts and components in the whole vehicle development process which are applicable to other projects are summarized.In order to achieve from parts procurement control point of view to support vehicle development process more efficient and smooth conduct.
