Study On The Management Of Landscape In The City Of Changzhou

Urban landscaping is closely related to the improvement of the living environment of residents.Under the background of the national strategy of vigorously developing ecological civilization construction,urban landscaping is an important part of ecological civilization construction.Urban landscape management is related to the level of urban landscape planning and construction,so it is necessary to study urban landscape management.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Urban landscaping has become a public welfare cause of great concern to governments at all levels.Landscaping Management is an important means to improve the level of landscaping.Therefore,it has important practical value and research significance.2.On the basis of combing the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper proposes that the urban landscape management should be guided by the theory of public goods,the theory of new public management,the theory of comprehensive management and the theory of sustainable development,in order to improve the theoretical level of urban landscape management.3.Based on the introduction of the achievements of Changzhou's landscape development,this paper focuses on the system,organization and management approach of Changzhou's landscape management.Compared with the advanced management cities,there are still the following problems in Changzhou's landscape management: the management decision-making mechanism is not perfect,the management team is not in place,the awareness of management and law enforcement is weak,and the citizens' satisfaction of landscape management is low.4.After that,the paper analyzes and draws lessons from the advanced citiesof urban landscape management at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the analysis of the innovative management concept of Changzhou Hongmei Park,it puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of Changzhou's landscape management: strengthening the planning and management of landscape,accelerating the system reform of landscape management,innovating the planning and management concept,improving the decision-making mechanism of landscape management,paying attention to The daily maintenance and management level of landscaping should be strengthened,the quality of management team should be improved through performance assessment,the supervision mechanism of citizens and tourists on landscaping management should be improved,and the scientific and technological level and intelligent management of landscaping should be improved.Urban landscape management is a dynamic process,although a study can not solve all the problems,but through the theoretical and practical analysis of urban landscape management,enrich the research results of urban landscape management.This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of urban landscape management,which will play a certain role in promoting the level of urban landscape management in China in the future.
