| The Dong Drum Tower building is a dazzling pearl in the Dong culture.Because of its unique shape and the symbolic meaning of Dong’s national culture,the construction of Dong’s drum tower has been listed as a national intangible cultural heritage.The research on the Dong nationality is mostly concentrated in the Dong settlements at the junction of Guangxi,Hunan and Guizhou provinces,while the Guangxi area is mostly concentrated in Longsheng and Sanjiang in the northern Guangxi region,but most of them are for their single buildings,culture and settlement Most of the research on Dong’s drum tower architecture is also biased towards the study of its construction skills.The comparative study of the architectural characteristics of various Dong’s drum towers is still blank.The Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is located in the north of Guangxi,at the junction of the three provinces of Guixi,Hunan and Guizhou,and has a relatively long history.After in-depth field research,it is found that it is the Dong autonomous county with the largest Dong population in the country,and it has a certain number of distinctive Dong drum towers with distinctive characteristics,which has certain research value.After conducting on-the-spot investigations,this article has made an in-depth study on the comparison of the architectural characteristics of the tower-shaped drum tower and the pavilion-shaped drum tower of the Dong people in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County.Firstly,Introduce the research background,the topic and significance of the topic,summarize the relevant research trends at home and abroad,define relevant concepts,introduce research methods,and give the main framework of the research.Secondly,Analyze the general situation of the Sanjiang Dongzhai Autonomous County.After summarizing its history and culture,the development process of the Drum Tower,and the cultural customs related to the Dong Drum Tower,explore the potential cultural factors behind the Drum Tower architecture in the Sanjiang area.Thirdly,Analyze the distribution of all the drum towers in Jiangxi,Sandong Autonomous County,and conduct comparative analysis and research on the basis of the analysis of the location and the commonality of the tower drum and pavilion drum towers.Fourthly,Analyze the differences between the Dong’s two types of Gulou architecture from the four aspects of the Sanjiang Dong’s Gulou architecture: function,plane layout,elevation modeling,structure and components,and analyzed the reasons for their differences.Fifthly,Selecting 20 two types of drum towers from the more than 230 existing drum towers in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County as a sample for detailed investigation and analysis,and summarizing their characteristics,existing problems and Reasons,and put forward ideas and strategies for its protection and update in the context of modernization.During the research,the author found that the tower and pavilion drum buildings of the Dong nationality in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County have their own architectural features on the plane facade structure,which is mainly reflected in their overall shapes.At the same time,on the basis of the research on the characteristics of their respective buildings and the analysis of the status quo,the author puts forward the idea of protection and renewal of the reuse of Dong Drum Tower buildings,hoping that through modern design techniques and scientific development models,the Dong Drum Tower buildings will develop rapidly Sustainable development in the life of modern society. |
