Nowadays, in a lot of areas, including civil engineering, automobile, shipbuilding, aviation, spaceflight and so on, in order to ensure product quality and reliability and avoid the actual parameters can not reach the design requirements, structure static test is necessary in the research and development process of large structure. For the components which have complex shape and stress, the structure static test is the only simple, effective and essential way in the the process of product structure development. Static test can be done through several loading ways such as mechanical, electric and hydraulic, the hydraulic loading way is very widely used in engineering test with good stability, simple operation and low noise.This thesis designs and does simulation analysis on the fifty tons hydraulic servo loading system. First of all, overall scheme of the hydraulic system is designed preliminarily based on the functional requirements, at the same time, hydraulic system diagram is drawn. Secondly, calculating the parameters of the main components of the hydraulic system and selecting the hydraulic components according to the parameters and the function requirement of the system. After that, the designed hydraulic system is modeled and simulated based on the advanced simulation software AMESim and drawing the curve of displacement, loading force and pressure, according to these results of simulation, this thesis analyzes the defects of the system and the improvement measures are proposed. Finally using AMESim again to model and simulate the improvement of the hydraulic system, through the comparative analysis, the rationality of the improved scheme is verified.Through the debugging, the fifty tons hydraulic servo loading system achieves the desired functional requirements, and has good reliability and practicability, can perform a variety of static loading test and meet the actual demand.
