With the vigorous development of China's social economy,the application of steel structure in the field of construction is more and more extensive.Whether it is the construction of production plants or residential commodity houses,it has gradually changed from the original concrete buildings to steel structure buildings.Therefore,steel structure instead of concrete has become a major innovation in the technological reform of the construction industry.But at present,most of the research is about the qualitative description of the related concepts and theories of the quality control of steel structure engineering,and not enough attention is paid to the research on the feedforward signal of the safety hazard source in the construction site of the steel structure engineering,and the prediction accuracy of the safety risk is far from satisfactory,and the requirement of the real-time prediction is still very bad.Distance.Therefore,the research aim of this paper is to explore the feedforward signal of the quality accident risk source of steel structure engineering from the angle of feed forward signal of the quality accident of steel structure engineering and design the real-time monitoring and real-time prediction method for the risk source.(1)Literature review,research ideas and technical routes.Based on detailed literature review,the research status and direction of steel structure engineering quality accidents are analyzed,and deficiencies in current research are pointed out.Then,we should clearly study the objectives and methods,and design research ideas.(2)The theory and method are expounded.Through the literature review,the basic principles and methods of the quality management of steel structure engineering,the current construction specification of steel structure and the theory of accident cause are discussed,and the theory and application of the research direction on the quality accidents of steel structure engineering are expounded,and the theoretical basis for the construction of the later PaICFs model is provided.(3)The factors affecting the quality accident of steel structure engineering are analyzed.This paper expounds the technical characteristics of steel structure engineering,including the advantages and disadvantages of steel structure engineering and the main characteristics of its quality problems.It also expounds the main quality problems of steel structure engineering,which are divided into prophase data,meeting drawing,chemical composition,processing and making,connection,transportation,installation and maintenance.The fishbone diagram method is used to analyze the factors affecting the quality of steel structure engineering.(4)The model of accident feedforward signal and attempted incident is constructed.The feedforward signal and the attempted event are defined and analyzed.Then the quality safety management system of steel structure engineering is constructed.On this basis,the factors that prevent the feedforward signal and the attempted event become the quality accident of the steel structure engineering are expounded,and the PaICFs investigation model of the steel structure engineering quality is formally established,and the PaICFs is established.The possible direct causes,indirect causes and underlying causes of the model are analyzed in detail.At last,based on feedforward signal and attempted event,the main contents of quality control of steel structure engineering(divided into design stage,construction stage and acceptance stage)and key links are emphatically analyzed in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for future research.(5)Case analysis.The specific case accidents are analyzed.First,based on the accident,the direct cause of the accident is analyzed,and then the treatment method which is most suitable for the accident is selected according to the conventional treatment method of the quality accident of the steel structure engineering.Based on the analysis of the cause of the accident,the feedforward signal and attempted incident of the cause of the accident are analyzed,and the feedforward signal and the attempted event are added into the PaICFs database.
