Snow and ice on the road surface in winter not only affects vehicle traffic and traffic safety,but also causes serious damage to the road surface and adversely affects the performance of road surface.At present,most of the research on road active deicing is focused on the traditional asphalt mixture,and there is little research in the field of combining active deicing and micro surfacing into active deicing micro surfacing.Based on this,this paper aims at the special application environment of the ice area road,using the composite modified emulsified asphalt with excellent performance,mixing anti-icing filler in the aggregate at the same time,prepared into composite modified anti-icing micro surfacing,and analyze the mixture performance,anti-icing performance and road performance of composite modified anti-icing micro surfacing,aimed at provide a technical idea for active deicing of road surface and restoration of road surface function in ice area.This article first selects the raw materials,adopts the process of first emulsification and then modification,and mixes SBR and waterborne epoxy resin into the matrix emulsified asphalt to compositely modify it.The emulsion storage stability,three fundamental indexes of evaporation residue and Brookfield viscosity were tested and analyzed.The results show that: when 3.5% SBR + 4% waterborne epoxy resin is added,the comprehensive performance of the emulsified asphalt is the best;the fluorescence microscope test shows that the two have good compatibility with the asphalt,both the waterborne epoxy resin and the asphalt form a cross-linked and interpenetrating network structure.Secondly,the deicing mechanism of the anti-icing filler is analyzed,and the performance of the mixture at the micro surfacing is studied.The wet track abrasion test and load wheel test were used to explore the effect of different amounts of waterborne epoxy resin and anti-icing filler on the performance of the mixture.The results show that the incorporation of anti-icing filler extends the mixing time of the mixture and reduces the abrasion resistance and rutting resistance,while the incorporation of waterborne epoxy resin can effectively improve the abrasion resistance and rutting resistance performance.When the amount of waterborne epoxy resin is 4% and the amount of anti-icing filler is 6%,the performance of the mixture is balanced with the anti-icing property.Conductivity analysis method was used to analyze the salt release rules by measuring the concentration of deicing salt dissolved in the solution;The effects of temperature,waterborne epoxy resin,anti-icing filler and asphalt aggregate ratio on the salinity release rules were investigated.The anti-icing test and falling ball impact test study the effect of the deicing salt on the ice formation process and the strength after formation,and it is concluded that the anti-icing micro surfacing has a significant anti-icing effect compared with the ordinary micro surfacing.Finally,the road performance of the anti-icing micro surfacing was studied and analyzed,and the road performance of the anti-icing micro surfacing was analyzed from four aspects: anti-sliding performance,anti-stripping performance,water stability and anti-ultraviolet aging resistance.The results show that the incorporation of anti-icing filler is slightly reduced in anti-slip performance,has little effect on the abrasion value of the mixture after ultraviolet aging,and the abrasion resistance and water stability of the mixture were decreased.
