In recent years,there is a substantial growth of highway construction in our country,and with the increase of traffic volume and load level,in the opening of the highway appeared different degree of damage,the existing pavement began to enter the maintenance period.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a new type of pavement maintenance materials,and research a repair technology of promoting the economic,efficient and being easy to operate the pavement.Cold mix asphalt and its application technology are the main road repair method used in our country at present,but the strength of cold mix asphalt mixture is not high,it is easy to be damaged.According to the existing problems of cold mix asphalt,based on the characteristics of water-based epoxy resin,the properties of cold mix asphalt and mixture modified by waterborne epoxy resin were studied in the following aspects:1.Study on different water-based epoxy resin and curing agents properties,to choose good compatibility waterborne epoxy resin and curing agents.At the same time,the anion or cation emulsified asphalt was carried on compatibility tests with water-based epoxy system to determine which one has good compatibility.At different times and temperatures,we observed waterborne epoxy asphalt emulsion microstructure.Meanwhile we observed the waterborne epoxy asphalt microstructure when the waterborne epoxy watered viscosity reduction.We analysis of emulsified asphalt tensile strength that in different waterborne epoxy content,as well as analysis of epoxy emulsified asphalt and aggregate adhesion in different water temperature.2.when the content of waterborne epoxy modifier was 30%,analysis of the modified emulsified asphalt mixture performance when modifier was mixed with different water content.At the same time,it also discuss the curing law of the water-based epoxy emulsion asphalt mixture with different temperature,which can provide reference for the engineering application.3.7% and 14% water content were selected as the representative,and two different methods were adopted to carry out the micro surfacing test,and the performance of the SBR emulsified asphalt micro surfacing was compared.Cohesion test and simulation in the tunnel and the outdoor environment of the health test provide reference for the road open traffic.4.The test section of the micro surfacing of waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt was paved,and the performance test was carried out according to the field environment and the field materials.According to the construction environment,the preparation of aqueous epoxy emulsified asphalt and construction.At the same time,the road condition and the road condition after the micro surfacing were observed. |
