Asphalt pavement is prone to cracks,pits and other diseases due to external factors and vehicle load during use.Cold filler,as a cold construction material,plays an important role in daily maintenance.Generally,the emulsified asphalt cold filler has low strength and poor bonding performance,which leads to the secondary damage of the pavement in a short time after repair.In view of this,this article aims at the partial defects of the cold asphalt emulsified asphalt,using water-based epoxy resin to modify the emulsified asphalt,to study the stability,road performance and anti-stripping performance of the water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt cold mending.A pavement repair material with excellent performance.First,select an epoxy polyamine curing agent and analyze the curing mechanism and optimal dosage of the curing agent for the water-based epoxy resin;prepare the water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt by emulsifying and then modifying,and study the water-based epoxy resin blending The influence of the amount on the bonding performance,adhesion and three major indicators of emulsified asphalt;the microstructure of water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt is characterized by epifluorescence microscopy,and then the digital image processing technology is used to quantify and analyze the fluorescent pictures.15% water-based epoxy resin can form a two-phase interpenetrating structure;by Fourier infrared spectroscopy analysis of water-based epoxy resin and emulsified asphalt blending method,found that water-based epoxy resin and emulsified asphalt blended,there is no new The appearance of the characteristic peak belongs to physical blending.Secondly,using water-based epoxy emulsified asphalt as the binder,select AC-13 and LB-13 grades for cold-feeding mix ratio design,determine the best water consumption according to the geotechnical compaction test,and determine the best emulsion with Marshall index Dosage;at the same time select two commercially available cold feed materials for comparative study on their workability,cohesiveness,stability,road performance,and comprehensively analyze the performance of the cold feed materials;using an accelerated loading tester,with the loss rate as an indicator,The effects of cold feed materials,curing temperature and curing time on spalling resistance were studied,and it was found that the loss rate decreased as a power function with time and decreased linearly with temperature.Under the best mix ratio,cold feed is prepared with cement and water reducer as modifiers.A microcalorimeter was used to study the hydration of cement in the composite emulsion,and it was found that the composite emulsion had an inhibitory effect on the hydration of the cement;through the Marshall test,it was found that the addition of cement and water-reducing agent was beneficial to improve the stability of the cold feed and reduce the void ratio.Through the research on the road performance of the cement composite cold feed,it was found that the high temperature performance and water stability were significantly improved,and the low temperature performance was reduced;finally,the temperature,cement content,and water reducer content were analyzed to resist the spalling of the cold feed.The effect of temperature was found to have a significant effect on the resistance to flaking.The engineering application shows that the self-cooling replenishment strength is formed quickly and the durability is good,which can meet the daily maintenance. |
