The influence of local design elements of the main parts of the building maintenance unit on the stability of the whole machine system is studied in this research.Two main components of building maintenance unit,the boom and the chassis,are selected.The important mechanical calculation methods,such as mechanical calculation and finite element analysis,are used to analyze the relationship between the boom and the chassis and the stability of the whole machine system.Combining the corresponding mathematical theory and statistical analysis method,the data are summarized and the characteristic rules are extracted.The structural optimization of the local elements of building maintenance unit is realized,which provides a theoretical basis for the rational layout of the main components of building maintenance unit.This research has carried on the basic research to the whole machine system stability,elaborated the basic concept of the whole machine stability of building maintenance unit,in view of the characteristics of the whole machine system stability in the design of building maintenance unit,elaborated several main calculation methods about the whole machine stability.In order to study the boom better,the multi-stage telescopic boom model is selected in this paper.The basic concepts and key points of design of telescopic boom are expounded.A series of three-dimensional solid models are established according to the characteristics.The overturning moment and stable moment of the boom are analogized under the condition of full telescopic boom operation.The stability differences of various schemes are combined to analyze the optimal ratio scheme of telescopic boom comprehensively.According to the mechanical model,the force ofeach arm is calculated,and the relationship between the force of the arm and the stability of the whole machine system is discussed.The influence of stress and strain on the stability of the whole machine is further analyzed by using the finite element analysis method.The relationship between the length and strength of each arm was concluded by using mathematical statistics analysis method.This study also establishes a variety of three-dimensional solid models of chassis structure,analyses the influence of gauge and wheel gauge on wheel pressure value and stability of the whole machine,and further verifies the conclusion by using statistical analysis method.Using the finite element software,the relationship between the chassis deformation and the stability of the whole machine system is analyzed,and the idea of structural optimization is put forward.
