With the rapid development of China's economic level,the building maintenance unit(BMU)is increasingly widely used in the high-rise building exterior cleaning.But the BMU itself is a non-standard products,the traditional design method development cycle is long,low efficiency,has been unable to meet the needs of the market.This topic is mainly to develop a parametric auxiliary design system of the chassis of the BMU,through the system to complete the selection,design,generate three-dimensional model and two-dimensional drawings.The main research of the thesis includes:Analyze the stress of the chassis,determine the dangerous cross section of the chassis and check the strength of the dangerous section,the track cross-section strength,the overall stability,local stability of the relevant checks,given the corresponding curve or table for the track Related check.Inductive statistics related drawings,to determine the type of chassis,looking for chassis and walking wheel,track between the law,the establishment of the corresponding parts library.The new model of the model is updated by the parametric model,and the new 3D model is obtained.The automatic updating of the two-dimensional drawing is realized by the full correlation between the 3D model and the two-dimensional project.In order to realize the development of the parametric auxiliary design system of the window frame,SolidWorks is used as the secondary development platform,Visual Basic.NET as the development language and data support with the ACCESS database.Users only need to select the appropriate type of chassis based on help information,you can output the corresponding three-dimensional model and two-dimensional drawings.The development of the parametric auxiliary design system of the BMU makes the design and development of the chassis easy and simple,the graphical selection interface and the historical design record provide great convenience for the user design.Type of help can quickly design,plot,shorten the design cycle.
