Within the rising of Chinese construction industry,High-rise building has become a trend in the development of construction industry.As a high-rising building external wall cleaning equipment maintenance,Building Maintenance Unit,become more and more widely used and the practicability?ease maintenance and security of which got More and more attention.The underframe is the main bearing parts,which mechanical properties is crucial to the work performance and the whole machine stability of the Building Maintenance Unit.Therefore,I choose the roof-rail Building Maintenance Unit as the research object.Do mechanics analysis on it and,based of which,The influence of all the parameter of the underframe structure to the whole machine stability of the Building Maintenance Unit was analyzed.A foundation of the development and the technical progress about the roof-rail Building Maintenance Unit was laied,which is certain guiding significance for design and development of similar products.In this paper,first of all,the underframe structure of the Building Maintenance Unit,with the method of structural mechanics,was simplified to build a structural mechanics model of the underframe and the mechanical properties of the underframe was analyzed.And on the basis of which,the by finite element analysis of the underframe was done to get the characteristics of the stress distribution and the deflection distribution of the underframe.The whole machine stability of the Building Maintenance Unit with the technology of virtual prototype was studied within the working condition of normal operation?stopping status and sudden-unloading status.Secondly,the influence of the parameters was analyzed,including the span of underframe?length of side and the thickness of the section,to the whole machine stability.And according to the analysis results,the recommended values of the span of underframe?length of side and the thickness of the section was put forward.Finally,a parameterization schemes system for Building Maintenance Unit,which based on VB,is built to achieve the function of MD(modular design)?structural mechanics analysis?stability judgement and result outputs.The underframe of CWGS250 Building Maintenance Unit was taken as the research object.With the function of structural mechanics analysis method?finite element method and the machine stability theory,the cause that the structure mechanical properties have to the whole machine stability of the Building Maintenance Unit at typical working conditions was studied and based on visual interface language VB,the new parametric design system possesses the advanced properties as intuitive operation interface,fast running process and high precision modeling,which can relief the operation complexity,expand application area and promote the development of Building Maintenance Unit industry.
