| With China’s aging population growing,the advanced age and disability in the elderly population,dementia old man share increase,in the state advocates the "house" and "community endowment",under the policy of integration in the community of city interface type endowment facilities can provide daily life for the endowment of the old man that occupy the home care support and professional services.And current the current national standard and policy system for the classification of endowment facilities and admitted the crowd there is no clear requirements,endowment facilities space model and interface unit set requirements is not yet perfect,cause most of the endowment facilities within the interface protection unit lack of design guidance in large scale,unreasonable proportion,supporting facilities space disability,old man and the mixed care old man and a series of problems.Based on this background,this paper starts from the use needs of the elderly and nursing staff in the community-based care facilities,and studies the design strategy of the care units of the urban care facilities,so as to provide some reference for the design of the care units.First combed the older Japanese interface protection level and endowment facilities type classification system,based on the special maintenance to Japan elderly home interface unit of study,clear interface protection unit set up the old man and the purpose,significance and the relationship between the medium level of protection,as well as the interface of institutional pension system to protect the unit space environment under the influence of the old people’s quality of life and nursing efficiency.This paper summarizes the space characteristics of the nursing unit of the special nursing home for the elderly in Japan,and the reflection of the elderly’s needs and nursing needs on the space design requirements.Based on our current standard system,two kinds of main use in the surrounding medium armor unit population(the old man,and secondly paramedics)solid state space using the feedback investigation,and special maintenance elderly home with Japan in the comparative study on the medium nursing unit space organization,summed up the interface protection unit scale and the demand and the mismatch between nursing mode for the elderly,medium armor unit space design resource allocation imbalance,lack of space design of the single adaptability existing problems;At the same time,combined with the relatively mature space organization model of the interface and protection units in Japan,the characteristics of the scale configuration,function composition and space layout of the interface and protection units are summarized.Then,taking the interface unit as a whole,this paper focuses on the analysis of the relationship and composition between the interface units,and proposes the design strategies from the two aspects of the overall design of the interface unit and the internal space design in view of the existing problems of the interface unit.The research conclusion aims to promote the development of institutional nursing care units,improve the efficiency of nursing care and the quality of life of the elderly,and provide reference for the design of institutional nursing care units. |
