Architectural design is the key stage of the whole construction industry.The quality of the design scheme is directly related to the quantity of investment,the comprehensive benefit of investment and the quality and safety of the project.Excellent architectural design scheme should take into account many factors such as structure,appearance,applicability,saving resources,cost and so on.However,in the past,the optimization of architectural design schemes mostly depends on the subjective evaluation of experts.The optimization process lacks scientificity and applicability.The whole optimization process needs to be further optimized.Under such circumstances,it is particularly important to strengthen the research on the optimization of architectural design schemes.Based on the basic theory of architectural design scheme optimization,this paper will combine the research status of architectural design scheme optimization at home and abroad,and take the results of scheme design stage in design program as the research object of optimization.First of all,through the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing optimization methods,it is decided to choose the value engineering method for optimization,in which the AHP is used to determine the weight of functional indicators.Secondly,through the literature analysis method,statistics of the frequency of each optimization index in the previous literature research,on this basis,respectively build the optimization of functional and cost indexsystem.Then,according to the hierarchical structure analysis model of the functional index system,the weight of the functional index is calculated by matrix,and the life cycle cost estimation model of the construction project is established based on the life cycle cost theory.Finally,through the case of the non-profit and fully functional "sports hall of Xi'an Traffic Enginering Institute" project,applying the above selection method and the established index system,after inviting experts to score the functional satisfaction degree of each scheme,the function evaluation coefficient of each alternative scheme is determined,the life cycle cost of each alternative scheme is determined according to the estimation model,and then the life cycle cost of each alternative scheme is calculated Calculate the cost coefficient and value coefficient to optimize the project.This paper gives consideration to both function and cost.Through scientific and specific optimization process,comprehensive optimization index and reasonable optimization method,it can provide further reference for the implementation of optimization work and guide the optimization work of architectural design scheme to a certain extent.
