| As an important part of the power grid system,the transmission line is safe and stable operation is the key to ensure the power supply reliability of the power grid system.Maintenance work is an important technical means to ensure the integrity,availability and service life of high-value,long-life transmission lines and other strategic assets.At present,the standard for judging the pros and cons of the transmission line design scheme is the level of the initial investment cost,which makes the initial design inadequate to consider the later maintenance requirements and costs.The later operation and maintenance costs are about several times or even dozens of times the initial investment cost of the transmission line.Therefore,the initial investment cost cannot be used as the evaluation index for transmission line design.The main reasons for the above-mentioned situation are: the initial designer lacks the experience of later operation and maintenance work and the lack of convenient evaluation methods for the maintenance of transmission line design at this stage.In order to improve the efficiency of overhaul work and the overall economics of transmission lines,it is necessary to conduct research on the convenient evaluation method for overhaul of transmission line design.In this paper,a convenient evaluation model for transmission line design based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is constructed,so that later maintenance personnel can participate in the initial design of transmission lines.Use the SEC(Safety Effective Cost)assessment and analytic hierarchy process to establish a hierarchical structure consisting of three criteria layers of safety,reliability and economy,and twelve evaluation indicators.By calculating the weights after the relative importance evaluation,it is known that the safety distance is the one with the largest influence on the evaluation index for the convenience of maintenance of transmission line design.Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,the maintenance staff can evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the convenient maintenance program for transmission line design,and provide a reference for the initial design.Transmission line design considering the convenience of maintenance will increase the initial investment cost.However,the reduction of operating and maintenance costs and economic benefits cannot be reflected by the initial investment cost.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the input cost and economic benefits of the transmission line design from the perspective of the entire life cycle.Through the analysis of the life cycle cost of different transmission line designs,the LCC calculation model of the transmission line design is optimized to obtain the input cost of the transmission line design.Reliability is used as an indicator of economic benefits of transmission lines,and mean time between failures is often used as a measure of reliability.Therefore,a cost-benefit analysis model is constructed to obtain the economic benefits of transmission line design.Through the analysis of insulator design cases,it is learned that the convenience of overhaul in the initial design will improve the economy of the transmission line life cycle.Combined with three transmission line design engineering cases,the validity of the technical evaluation model and economic evaluation model for the convenience of overhaul of electric line design was verified.It can be known from the analysis of three different design cases: Compared with other options,option 1 reduces the initial investment cost,but the later operation and maintenance costs and the life cycle cost are the highest among the three schemes.Option 3 increases the size of the tower tower window to meet the operating conditions of equipotential operation;its initial cost increases by 1.4334 million yuan,but the maintenance cost decreases by 10.08287 million yuan,and the cost-benefit ratio is also the best.Therefore,option 3 is the best in terms of technicality and economy. |
