It is an important topic to study the innovation and inheritance of traditional elements and the integration with modern architectural design.With the coming of 21 reality,the development of globalization is more and more developed.Western culture has a strong impact on Chinese traditional culture.The traditional architecture with regional and cultural characteristics in China is facing the trend of disappearance.The design of modern architecture with traditional cultural characteristics is more and more recognized by the society and the public.Therefore,many architects focus on those architectural symbols which can show the characteristics of traditional architecture.Architects began their research and Practice for about a century.Based on the theory of architectural typology,this paper studies the type characteristics of traditional architectural elements,explores the basic contents of modern inheritance of traditional architectural elements,summarizes the inheritance and deduction mode of traditional elements,as well as the principles,thinking,methods,etc.of deduction,so as to provide certain theoretical basis and practical reference value for the inheritance of traditional architectural elements.This paper is divided into the following five chapters:The first chapter mainly discusses the basic research background,research purpose and significance,as well as the summary of the recent research at home and abroad.Finally,it is a brief summary of the research content and framework.The second chapter is a brief review of the development of architectural typology,focusing on the theoretical framework of contemporary architectural typology,and after a systematic study and in-depth understanding of the design methods of architectural typology.In the third chapter,aiming at the application of typology theory in the field of architecture mentioned above,several relevant cases are selected to further explore the essence of traditional inheritance based on architectural typology.I hope to analyze and interpret the classic cases through investigation and study the excellent works and thoughts of predecessors,so as to find some methods and paths suitable for Kaifeng to inherit traditional elements,and pave the way for the design and creation of Kaifeng Museum.In chapter four,this chapter mainly carries on the methodology of chapter three and the practical analysis of methodology in chapter four,so this chapter begins to make further response to Kaifeng according to the three steps of typology applied to architectural creation.Therefore,the author collects the detailed information of Kaifeng through literature research and field research,sorts out the elements of traditional building construction caused by the urban pattern of Kaifeng,and analyzes the architectural culture,historical context and traditional elements of Kaifeng systematically based on the theory of architectural typology.In addition,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of inheriting traditional architectural elements in Kaifeng area,this paper summarizes the shortcomings and shortcomings of the current practice of inheriting traditional architectural elements in Kaifeng.The last chapter,which is the core chapter,analyzes and summarizes the traditional elements of Kaifeng from the previous chapter.Then,based on the idea of "prototype" in architectural typology,the prototype of traditional elements in Kaifeng area is extracted.Starting from the creation prototype of Kaifeng's urban pattern,historical accumulation,songyun water City,ancient form,spatial layout and material color,the paper discusses Kaifeng Museum in detail A series of practical methods to transform and apply the corresponding prototypes in architectural creation.
