Urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery is a new technology promoted by our government in recent years,and the construction quality is very important for the safe operation of the comprehensive pipe gallery.Due to the late start,slow development and many problems in the construction of the comprehensive pipe gallery in China,the research on the construction quality evaluation of the comprehensive pipe gallery is of great significance to ensure the construction quality of the comprehensive pipe gallery.There are many construction methods for the main structure of the comprehensive pipe gallery.At present,the main construction method is cast-in-place reinforced concrete.This paper took the construction enterprise as the evaluation subject,studied the construction quality of this kind of main structure,and improved the quality management level of the construction enterprise and the construction quality of the comprehensive pipe gallery through the quality evaluation.Based on the investigation of the construction site of Liupanshui comprehensive pipe gallery and Zhushan Road Comprehensive Pipe Gallery Project in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone,the paper analyzed and summarized the main quality problems and forms in the construction process of the cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery project.According to the relevant construction specifications,regulations,standards and quality evaluation methods,through the research of relevant literature,index simplification and combination,and questionnaire survey,the primary index was selected,and the construction quality evaluation index of the main structure of cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery was preliminarily selected.The constructionquality evaluation index system of the main structure of cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery was established,and the weight of each evaluation index was determined by AHP.Based on the comparative analysis of the comprehensive evaluation methods,the extension matter-element method was selected to program with MATLAB software,and the construction quality evaluation model of the main structure of the cast-in-place comprehensive pipe gallery was established.Finally,according to the established comprehensive pipe gallery construction quality evaluation model,the construction quality of the case project was evaluated,and according to the evaluation results and the opinions of the participating experts,the existing problems and causes of the case project construction were obtained,and the corresponding improvement measures were formulated,and the second evaluation of the improved construction quality verified the practicability and effectiveness of the evaluation model,which had application value for the construction quality control of the cast-in-place gallery structure.
