Study On Construction Of Urban Water System In Bianjing Of North Song Dynasty

Bianjing in the North Song Dynasty,with a population of millions,convenient transportation and unprecedented commercial prosperity,was undoubtedly an international metropolis at that time.The crisscross water network system behind it played an important role in Bianjing in the North Song Dynasty.The North Song Dynasty is the climax of water system construction and the important period of water system management development.In the North Song Dynasty,the water network of Bianjing city was densely distributed,with Bianhe River,Caihe River,Jinshui River and Wuzhang river passing through the city,and HuLong river was connected with ditch and pond in the city.The four rivers are connected with the Yellow River,Luohe River,Yuhe River,Sishui River and Huaihe River outside the city,and the radial water network system of Bianjing is connected in all directions.Taking the construction of Bianjing water system in the North Song Dynasty as the research object,this paper discusses the excellent management wisdom behind the construction of Bianjing water system in the North Song Dynasty.First of all,through the excavation of relevant historical and archaeological data,combing the formation background of Bianjing water system in the North Song Dynasty.In the Sui Dynasty,Daxing city was excavated,Tongji canal was dug,Bian river was introduced into Si River and Hangou river.In the Tang Dynasty,Wuzhang river was built to improve the water system of bianzhou city.Later,zhoushizong expanded bianzhou city and sent General zhoujingying to build biankou,which was more than enough for river dredging and connection.The continuous construction of bianzhou water system in three generations made bianzhou city a place of four meetings and five arrivals,laying a solid foundation for the formation of Bianjing water system network in the North Song Dynasty.Secondly,we should sort out the relevant contents of the water system construction in the North Song Dynasty,explore the rivers outside the city,such as the Yellow River,Luoshui and Yuhe,and find that the regulation and dredging of the Yellow River,Luoshui and Yuhe were also accompanied by the North Song Dynasty,which was vital to the water transport and transportation of Bianjing in the North Song Dynasty,and also the most needed by the North Song Dynasty;we should sort out the Wuzhang River,Jinshui River,Bianhe River,Caihe River and HuLong River in the city In the construction project of the Song Dynasty,we found the connection of water system,and concluded that the water system of Bianjing in the Northe Song Dynasty was a radial and orderly water network system.Thirdly,the function of Bianjing water system network system is classified,and the five functions of Bianjing water system are summarized: transportation,domestic water,production irrigation,fire fighting and waterfront landscape.Finally,the management of Bianjing water system in the North Song Dynasty is studied from the aspects of water system management organization,water system laws and regulations,patrol supervision system,major water system management measures and water system management characteristics.First of all,sort out the system level water system management institutions and water transport management institutions,analyze the subsidiary relationship between institutions and sub institutions,and summarize that the North Song Dynasty had a perfect top-down water system management institution,forming a multi-level,Comprehensive three-dimensional management organization mode;secondly,it summarizes the strict water system laws and regulations and strict inspection and supervision system;thirdly,it discusses six major measures in water system management,analyzes the scientific knowledge and technology behind.Finally,the characteristics of water system management are studied,and the excellent management wisdom behind it is summarized.
