With the deepening of national information work,the construction industry has entered a digital construction era supported by BIM and cloud technology,big data,Internet of things,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence and other information technologies.Due to the continuous expansion of enrollment scale,a university plans to build a new campus construction project,which requires tight time,heavy tasks,and special geographical location,and increasing the difficulty of schedule control.Under the background of the digital construction era,this paper explores the use of BIM 4D progress control platform combined with PDCA cycle theory to strictly control the construction progress of the new campus construction project,which is in order to achieve the established goal of the project.On the basis of reading a large number of documents and summarizing BIM 4D application engineering cases,a model of resource optimization for schedule planning by genetic algorithm is established,and the progress of public teaching building in new campus is dynamically controlled by using digital BIM 4D schedule control platform.The main research contents are as follows:First,a three-dimensional BIM model of public teaching building is established by using Revit software,and a schedule of public teaching building is made by using project software according to WBS task decomposition structure.BIM modeling first determines the model fineness and collaborative way,then uses Revit software to the model,and uses Navisworks software to roam and collision check the model,and optimizes the three-dimensional construction model of public teaching building.Second,optimize the schedule of the public teaching building.Aiming at the optimization of resource allocation in the schedule,a mathematical optimization model of "fixed duration resource balance" is established.According to the idea of genetic algorithm,MATLAB software is used to the program,seting specific genetic parameters and duration parameters,and optimizing resources quantitatively.Use BIM three-dimensional site layout software to arrange the construction sitecomprehensively,set up the large-scale operation tools such as tower crane reasonably,and use Navisworks software to carry out visual construction simulation for the schedule,so as to realize qualitative optimization.Thirdly,using BIM 4D construction schedule control platform to control the schedule of public teaching building dynamically and visually.First,collect the actual progress plan with the help of BIM 4D platform and RFID radio frequency technology;second,compare the actual progress with the planned progress to get the project completion,and organize the control report and submit it to the relevant executives;finally,the relevant executives make real-time correction and adjustment according to the deviation caused by the progress.The genetic algorithm mathematical model of "fixed construction period,balanced resources" can be applied to the optimization of the schedule with unbalanced resource allocation,which can make the construction resources balanced and efficiently allocated,and ensure the normal progress of the construction.In view of the new campus construction period control project--public teaching building group,the BIM 4D progress control platform is used for dynamic visual control to ensure the realization of the construction period goal.BIM 4D progress control platform enriches the application of digital construction and provides a digital implementation scheme for similar projects.
