Research On Construction Schedule Method For Urban Rail Transit Project

The rapid development of urban economy has expanded the city original scale,more and more people and traffic flow into the city,leading to more and more serious urban traffic problems.People gradually realize that the development of urban rail transit is an effective way to solve the traffic problems.In China,many cities are building or planning to build rail transit system,and the construction will inevitably encounter the problem of determining the construction sequence reasonably.However,the research on the construction schedule is not systematic,and the theoretical method system is not mature.Choosing different construction schedule has an impact on the formation process and network effect of urban traffic network.At the same time,the method of determining the construction schedule has practical significance for guiding the construction,and has certain theoretical value for enriching the research of urban rail transit construction planning and construction schedule.Therefore,aiming at the problem of determining the reasonable construction schedule scheme,the paper studies the method system of urban rail transit construction schedule.Firstly,analyze the technical and economic characteristics of urban rail transit;Secondly,study the relationship between urban rail transit and urban development,and it is concluded that the determination of construction sequence has an impact on urban construction,which is mainly to guide urban development,meet urban traffic demand and network effect;Finally,propose the research method system of urban rail transit construction sequence.And study every part of the method system in detail.In this paper,the generation method of the reasonable sequencing scheme is studied by using the system analysis method.The generation method consists of four steps: the first step is to formulate the determination principle and guiding ideology of the rail transit construction scheme suitable for the city according to the three principles of meeting the traffic demand,guiding the urban development and network effect and the actual situation of the city;the second step is to refer to the passenger flow of the segmented construction project According to the prediction results,the importance of the urban area where the rail transit construction project is located and the order of the degree of close connection between the projects,and the principles and guiding ideology for determining the time sequence scheme of urban rail transit construction,the alternative schemes with different characteristics are constructed;in the third step,the three evaluation indexes of "coordination with the guiding development","consistency with the traffic demand" and "total passenger flow in the construction stage" are adopted The fourth step is to establish the evaluation index system of urban rail transit construction sequence,select the comparison and selection model of the construction sequence,comprehensively compare and select the multiple construction sequence optimization options proposed,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each option Select the best and determine the optimal and reasonable plan of construction sequence.At the end of the paper,an example is analyzed based on the planning scheme of a certain urban rail transit network.
