| The advantages of urban rail transit are obvious.It has the advantages of large volume,fast speed,high safety,environmental protection and energy saving,and land saving.It has been valued by more and more countries and cities.It’s an important method to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion by developing urban transit systems with rail transportation as the backbone.Urban rail transit construction is a large-scale and long-term systematic project.It is limited by factors such as capital,manpower,and material resources.It is necessary to comprehensively consider a variety of influencing factors to choose a reasonable construction sequence under limited resource conditions.It’s beneficial to improve rail transit operational benefits and enhance the comprehensive benefits of the project.Firstly,Chapter 2 defines the meaning of the construction sequence,studies the existing construction sequence decision index system and decision methods,and summarizes the experience and deficiencies.Existing construction sequence studies mostly use static classification of the network structure based on the classification theory of the line network,which cannot reflect the impact of existing lines on new lines and the impact of new lines on the overall line network,and cannot reflect the dynamics of the construction process and networking impact.Chapter 3 analyzes the influencing factors from four aspects of network structure,passenger flow demand,traffic impact,and coordination with urban development,and selects alternative decision indicators.Then,Chapter 4 uses the complex network theory to quantitatively analyze the network structure and selects calculation index of complex network to reflect the dynamics and network effects of urban rail transit construction and accurately calculate the interaction between lines and lines at different stages,and the impact of lines on the network,.Chapter 5establishes a construction sequence planning model for the construction of a dynamic urban rail transit line network based on the "VIKOR Method",and selects 14 decision indicators in four aspects: line network structure,passenger demand,traffic impact,and coordination with urban development.It also uses the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the index weight.Finally,combined with "Chongqing Urban Master Plan(2007-2020)" and "Chongqing Urban Rail Transit First Phase Construction Plan(2019-2024)Passenger Flow Forecasting and Analysis Special Report" to determine the decision index data,Using the model built in this paper,the construction schedule of 9 lines of the first batch of Chongqing urban rail transit planned for construction was determined and compared with the actual planning situation,which verified the feasibility and rationality of the research method and model built in this paper. |
