The Research About Planning Of Industrial Heritage Type Cultural And Creative Industrial Park

Industrial heritage is an important mark of industrial development and a witness of urban civilization.Its protection and reuse are of great significance for the continuation of urban context.Industrial heritage-oriented cultural and creative industrial park is an industrial park formed by the development and reuse of old industrial buildings in the city.This means can promote the transformation of urban industrial structure,improve the added value of enterprise products,and realize the reproduction of abandoned space.Although there are a lot of practical cases at the present stage,most of them are not ideal and fail to play their due functions,with low return on investment and declining popularity.Therefore,this paper will explore the planning strategy of industrial heritage-oriented cultural and creative industrial park,hoping to improve the development dilemma of the park from the perspective of spatial design and transformation.The author in this paper and conclude and the renovation and article about industrial heritage at home and abroad and studies about the design of industrial park,summarizes the predecessors’ research ideas,research limitations,by methods of field investigation,comparative study,the better development of China’s current several type industrial heritage and industrial park are analyzed,its development course constitution,forming factors,management and operation mode,etc.,think about industrial heritage type wen gen industrial park planning strategy research should start from the following points.From the regional level,policy level,industrial level to summarize the park development factors,determine the function and positioning of the industrial park;To study the urban public space and industrial distribution around the industrial park and determine the reuse strategy of industrial heritage;The planning strategy of industrial heritage-type cultural and creative industrial park was put forward based on the spatial structure,architectural features,traffic conditions,site landscape and user demands of the park.Then the author took Xi ’an Banpo International Art Zone as an example,based on the analysis of the regional development background and the investigation of the current situation of the park space,compared it with the successful cases in China,summarized the problems faced by the park,and formulated the planning strategy.Planning respectively from three aspects: xi ’an,regional and district,for the main body,industry and features three aspects,determined in view of the three dimensions of cultural,economic and space development goals,to achieve the continuation of context,promoting economy and provide public space for residents’ vision,for the purpose of regional linkage development put forward the weakened zone boundary,the construction of industrial heritage blocks,each park space function complementary,realize the integration development,build the cultural and creative industry economy industrial chain from three aspects of industrial heritage reuse strategy,finally from three aspects as the park space,landscape,traffic developed zone update planning,The planning strategy of industrial heritage cultural and creative industrial park is illustrated.
